The company was established in June 2001. It started with the refining Crude Palm Oil into downstream products RBD Olein, RBD Palm Oil, RBD Stearine, and Palm Fatty Acid Distillate.

However since then the Company has focused on the development of specialty products and is now a major supplier of branded cooking oil, margarine, baking fat and palm wax.
